A 41-year-old man from Marsascala was grievously injured in a collision in Żabbar.

The police said accident happened in Triq Villabate at 2pm.

The man was driving a Toyota Vitz that was involved in a collision with a Peugeot 308 that was being driven by a 40-year-old man from St Paul’s Bay.

The injured party was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.
