GasanMamo Insurance employees celebrated their company’s annual day in style at the Xara Lodge, limits of Rabat. This year’s chosen theme was ‘Constant change – evolution of GasanMamo’. Held for the fourth year, such an event fosters team-building and encourages collaboration and teamwork.

“Through a series of planned games that are fun and motivational, our team of employees build on their communication, planning, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. This facilitates long-term teambuilding through fostering genuine connections, deeper discussions and processing,” said  the firm’s general manager Vanessa Portelli.

The staff enjoyed an interesting afternoon with entertaining events, including a team-building ice-breaker exercise by Xandru.

A presentation outlining the company’s performance was then given by the managing director, Julian Mamo, followed by a speech by Andy Gatesy, chairman and CEO of Toly Group of Companies.

Long-service awards were then presented by chairman Joseph Gasan. A number of fun, outdoor, team-building games organised by JUGS Malta followed during the more formal part of the day, which ended with a barbecue and a party with music provided by DJ Ziggy.
