Lighting and electrical supplies distributer Elektra Ltd, local distributor for Schneider Electric, has launched the Next Generation of EcoStruxure, the Architecture and Platform for End-to-End IoT-Enabled Solutions at Scale. 

The move is part of a drive by Schneider Electric to introduce EcoStruxure in new markets around the world. It comes weeks after the company launched its advanced system, as well as an array of its field services, in Lebanon.

“We are pleased to announce the development of our long-term partnership with Schneider Electric, and this move that brings best-in-class engineering efficiency to Maltese buildings while ensuring optimised building performance, productivity and comfort for occupants,” said Elektra Ltd CEO Thomas Zammit.

Schneider Electric recently took part in a local seminar alongside Elektra, further highlighting Elektra’s role as official distributor. Speaking about the launch, Walid Sheta, Schneider Electric’s regional cluster head of Northeast Africa and the Levant, said: “We are pleased to bring our EcoStruxure solutions for buildings to Malta because this means offering numerous advances to more customers and partners to re-invent buildings.
