Packets of potato chips manufactured by Cipster contain undeclared gluten and should not be eaten by anyone with gluten allergies or intolerances, health authorities have warned.

85g packets of sfogliatine di patate fritte with durability dates of 31/10/2018, 31/01/2019 and possibly 30/11/2018 and 31/12/2018 all contain undeclared gluten, the Superintendence of Public Health said. 

The local warning is part of an EU-wide Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed system.
