Good morning, the following are the top stories in Malta's newspapers

Times of Malta reports that the new Comino master plan announced by the Gozo minister last week, focuses on berthing arrangements at the Blue Lagoon and does not envision new development, according to the Environment Minister.

The Malta Independent says an agreement has still not been reached on the price of land at White Rocks, which is being offered by the government for high-end development. 

In-Nazzjon says the artistic Director of V-18 has awarded himself a €300,000 contract. The issue revolves around a contract for a theatre production to become a film.

l-orizzont discusses alternatives to single-use plastic, basing itself on comments by Prof Alan Deidun. The newspaper also charts the decline in Malta's debt.
