Air Malta has cut some fares by up to 30 per cent in a seat sale announced on Monday.

The offer is open on 23 routes this week until May 28.

Paul Sies, Air Malta’s Chief Commercial Officer said the airline had so far sold 30% more seats over last year.

"Our growth strategy of offering more frequencies to our established routes and the introduction of 19 new routes across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East is making the Maltese Islands more accessible and attractive for leisure and business travellers. This achievement signifies our full commitment and continuous support to the local tourism industry and other economic interests by increasing connectivity to the Maltese Islands through the introduction of new
scheduled services to major Airport hubs.”

The 30% discount is applicable on selected flights to and from Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris Charles De Gaulle, Paris Orly, Lyon, Marseille, Tunis, Casablanca, Tel Aviv, London Gatwick, Munich, Frankfurt, Catania – Vienna, Fiumicino, Catania, Linate, Venice, Palermo, Comiso, London Southend, Cagliari, Catania – London Southend and Cagliari – London Southend.

The offer is valid for travel in from June 1 till August 31 on all Go Smart fares.
