Due to a planned upgrade to the BOV Internet Banking platform, BOV 24x7 Services will be unavailable on Sunday May 20 from 2am onwards.
Until the systems are updated, the bank’s internet banking and mobile banking, as well as phone nanking will not be available. BOV Cards and ATMs will not be affected, so customers may continue using them in the normal manner.
It is estimated that the service will be restored early in the morning on Monday May 21.
The upgrade will result in the launch of a new BOV Internet Banking portal.
