Myles Beerman has pledged his future to Glasgow Rangers after putting pen to paper on a new one-year contract.

The Malta international players has been on the books of the Scottish side for the last two years after he joined the Glasgow side in 2016 from English champions Manchester City.

During his stint with the Blues, Beerman was promoted to the first team under former coach Pedro Caixinha and had caught the eye with some impressive performances.

This season, Beerman was sent on loan with Queen of the South to gain more experience and the 19-year-old has now been offered a new one year contract which he signed on Monday.

"Delighted to have signed a new contract with Rangers" Beerman wrote on his facebook page yesterday.

The Malta international will now look forward to work with new manager Steven Gerrard next season as the former Liverpool manager has just agreed to take over at Ibrox Park last week.
