Good morning, the following are the top stories in Malta's newspapers.

Times of Malta reports that the President is hoping for changes before the Embryo Protection Bill is approved by Parliament. It also reports how the developers' lobby has proposed a points system to deter those who ignore the law. 

The Malta Independent says that in the statement of assets presented to Parliament, Prime Minister Joseph Muscat declared identical bank deposits for the fourth year in succession. Adrian Delia declared loans of €713,356.

In-Nazzjon says the OECD has warned Malta it may run the risk of being blacklisted.

l-orizzont says Malta's unemployment rate is the second lowest in the EU.
