Spazju Kreattiv is showing the stop-motion animated film Isle of Dogs.

Written, produced and directed by Wes Anderson, the story is set in a dystopian near-future Japan where 12-year-old boy Atari sets off alone in a miniature Junior-Turbo Prop and flies across the river in search of his bodyguard dog, Spots. 

Once there, with the assistance of a pack of newly-found mongrel friends, he begins an epic journey that will decide the fate and future of an entire prefecture.

The film features the voices of A-list stars such as Jeff Goldblum, Bill Murray, Edward Norton and Bryan Cranston.

The film, certified PG, is showing at St James Cavalier tomorrow at 7.30pm. There will be other screenings on May 11 at 8.30pm, May 19 at 3pm, May 23 at 7.30pm and May 25 at 8.30pm. For more information and tickets, visit www.kreattivita.org or call the booking office on 2122 3200.
