Good morning, the following are the top stories in some of Malta's Sunday newspapers.

The Sunday Times of Malta says Keith Schembri's companies won €425,000 in government contracts since Labour took office. It also says that a message from Pilatus Bank whistleblower Maria Efimova will be given during an OccupyJustice activity in Valletta today.

MaltaToday says the alert was raised in 2016 about the risk which Pilatus Bank posed to Malta. It also reports that the police are investigating Dutch and Italian links to the men suspected of the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia. 

The Malta Independent reports that amid the controversy over comments by the V-18 chairman, Labour MEP Marlene Mizzi said statements by people in public positions have a stronger impact, but freedom of expression cannot be denied. 

Illum follows up a court order evicting a Paola band from its club, saying some 20 other clubs risk facing the axe as landlords seek to get their rented properties back. The newspaper also reports a 31% rise in theft from beaches. 

Il-Mument says Joseph Muscat is trying to hide the crisis created by disagreements on the IVF Bill.

It-Torċa leads with comments by Prof Ronald Blundell on advantages in freezing embryos. The newspaper also reports that the police have decided to take no action against Neville Gafa' for harassment after he published pictures of Daphne Caruana Galizia going about her private business a day before she was killed.
