Chef Marvin Gauci was awarded the Chef of the Year title at the 25th edition of the Best of Budapest & Hungary Awards.

The award is a further feather in the chef’s hat and coronates an impressive year during which Caviar & Bull at the Corinthia Budapest has developed into one of the best restaurants in the Hungarian capital city.

Mr Gauci said this was a memorable moment in his career for which he thanked his family, all team members of Caviar & Bull, the Corinthia Group and all those who believed in him.

Since 1993, Budapest Week Publishing has been organising the Best of Budapest & Hungary Award Gala. The event is held every spring with the participation of over 350 guests, among them prominent personalities of Budapest, along with representatives of the most outstanding service providers and important players and decision-makers in business life.
