Seven members of Żgħażagħ Azzjoni Kattolika (ŻAK) recently discussed the themes of discrimation and diversity with peers from all over Europe at this year’s Easter Course, organised by the European Fellowship in Finland.

ŻAK Mosta leader Karl Grech said the course tackled various aspects of the phenomenon of discrimination in depth, such as why we tend to discriminate, on what we base our discrimination and how it feels to be the person discriminated against.

Another main topic of the course was diversity; participants discussed what it is and how we can accept and respect different cultures and point of views through the values of our own culture.

The participants also experienced a taste of Finnish culture through saunas, traditional food and a trip to the capital Helsinki.
