Saudi Arabia has hinted that it is starting to contemplate life after oil, saying that it has plans to build the world's largest solar power station. 

In other world news, a string of rapes has sparked protests across India, while in Philadelphia, protesters targeted Starbucks after two black men were arrested for trespassing at one of the chain's branches. The men said they were just waiting for a friend before ordering. 

And while Theresa May and Emanuel Macron prepare to face their respective parliaments over the UK and French response to an alleged chemical attack in Syria, retirees in South Korea are whiling away the time in a far less stressful manner - by attending daytime discos.
