• Second-hand goods sold as ‘tale quale’ should be carefully checked for any damages or faults.

• We should always request receipt of payment and full contact details of the seller.

• Keep a copy of all the documentation related to the purchase.

• The cooling-off period does not apply to goods bought online from private sellers.

• Always use a secure payment service that offers buyer protection.
