Times of Malta reports that Maria Efimova, the Russian whistleblower at Pilatus Bank, risks being extradited to Malta. She gave herself up to Greek police on Monday. 

MaltaToday says foreign children living in Malta will have to learn Maltese. They will be taught the language in primary school, according to the Education Minister. 

The Malta Independent reports that members of that Malta national football team that lost to Spain 12-1 some 35 years ago, have alleged that they were drugged at half-time. The newspaper also reports about the arraignment of a policeman accused of raping two colleagues.
