BORG. On March 10, at his residence, EDWARD of Swieqi, aged 38, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his mother Marthese, his father Joseph, his sister Angele and her husband Paul, his nephew Ben, other relatives and numerous friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, March 12 at 1.30pm for St Theresa parish church, Birkirkara, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Marija Addolorata cemetery. CAMILLERI. On February 23, in Melbourne, Australia, ANDREW, aged 63, passed away peacefully. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Anna, née Pace, his children Daniel and his wife Michelle, his daughter Diane and her husband Ziya, his grandchildren Joshua, Lucas, Jett and Alexandra, his sister Lynn and her husband John Magro, his brothers Chev. Dr Victor and his wife Doris, Frank and his wife Angie, Charles Zammit husband of his late sister Lucienne, his in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and numerous friends. A memorial service will be held today, Sunday, March 11 at Sacro Cuor church, Sliema at 4pm. Family, friends and relatives are urged to attend.

CILIA. On March 9, at Mater Dei Hospital, MAURICE (Tar-Rex), of Valletta residing in Guardamangia, aged 90, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his only daughter Fleur, family and many friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital, on Tuesday, March 13, at 9am for Our Lady of Fatima parish church, Guardamangia, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. CROSSEY. On March 10, at Mater Dei Hospital, SHIRLEY, aged 71, passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her brother Robert and his wife Maureen, her niece Jacqueline and Jesmond Cremona Crossey, her nephew Neil and Becky Bonello, her grand-nieces, other relatives and friends, and all the staff and residents of Casa Arkati, Mosta. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, March 12 at 1.30pm for Santa Marija Addolorata chapel where Mass paesente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment in the family grave at the same cemetery. On Friday,March 9 at his residence in Balzan, after a short illness borne with Christian fortitude, Victor Lieutenant Ad Honorem, Knight Grand Cross of Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem, aged 82, passed peacefully comforted by the rites of the Holy Church, surrounded by his immediate family. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Rosanne née Pace, his children Daniela wife of Richard Scerri, Jerome and his wife Janika, Ambrose and Jeppy, his treasured granddaughters Sara, Michela, Petra, Philippa and Pia, his siblings Mary Lourdes, Sister Helendina of the Congregation of St Joseph of the Apparition, Doris Dionysopolos of the US, Ruth Aquilina, JoJo, Esther Vella Bonnici, Paul and Edward and their spouses, Iris widow of his brother Michael, Marlene widow of his brother Bernard, his in-laws Mona Zammit, Stephanie Pace, Norman Grima, Gloria Smith and Massie Vella, nephews and nieces, relatives and numerous friends. On his soul, sweet Jesus, have mercy. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, March 14 at 2pm and proceeds to Our Lady of Annunciation parish church, Balzan for the celebration of Mass praesente cadavere at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Marija Addolorata Cemetery (entrance through back gate). NAUDI. On March 10, at St Vincent de Paul Residence, ANTHONY, aged 80, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his dear wife Mary, his dear children Michelle and her husband Joseph Meli and Vanessa and her husband Robert Delia, his dearest grandchildren, Andrea and his fiancée Ingrid, Antonella, Sarah, Rebecca and Rachelle, his brother Herbert and his wife Tania, his sister Tania and her husband Peter Paul Portelli, his brothers-in-law and their respective families, his nephew Fr Claude Portelli, St Julian’s parish priest, nephews and nieces, other relatives and many good friends. The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul Residence tomorrow, Monday, March 12, at 1.30pm for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery (back gate). No flowers by request but donations to the Poor Clares Monastery, St Julian’s will be greatly appreciated. He leaves to mourn his loss, his beloved wife Pauline, his son Christian and his wife Josianne, his daughters Antoinette and her husband Marco Costa, Catherine and her husband Jesmond Sharples, his sons Joseph and his wife Gisele, Frank and his wife Helene, and his daughter Marthese and her husband Kevin Borda, his brother Fr Mario Scerri MSSP, his sisters Rose and Polly, and Frances wife of his late brother Ġużi,  his grandsons and granddaughters, Matthew and his wife Beverley and their children Ilaria, Carla and Giuliana, Stefan and his fiancée Chanelle, Ian and his wife Veronica, Karl, Luke and Martha, Bernard and his fiancée Leanne, Danielle and her fiancé Adam, Edel, Aaron, Mark, Andrew, Jonathan, Corinne and Julian, and his beloved nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, March 12 at 2.30pm for St Paul’s Collegiate parish church, Rabat where Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated at 3.15pm. The St Paul’s Club Count Roger Band of Rabat will accompany the cortège to Santa Margherita Cemetery, Rabat.
