Times of Malta reports that a number of investors in a Bank of Valletta property fund have been awarded €3.4 million plus interest by the financial arbiter after a six-year legal battle for compensation. L-orizzont says the national debt was cut by €112.2 million in a year. It also reports the prime minister that he was optimistic Malta will remain a net recipient of EU funds.
