Unifaun Theatre Productions is staging the play Collapse at St James Cavalier Theatre this weekend and next at 8pm.

Set in a dystopian future under siege, the streets are chaotic and violent, with armed soldiers raping and killing at whim. A young woman named Greta lives together with her damaged boyfriend Robbie who is not allowed outside for his own safety. The lovers have created a bullet-proof bubble around themselves, full of stories and fairy tales, oblivious to the trouble outside... until Stella comes to visit. Then Greta and Robbie’s world is turned upside down. The play is written by Adrian Buckle and directed by Dave Barton. The cast includes Jeffrey Kieviet, Ashley Allen, Whitney Ellis and Bryan Jennings. It is rated 18 and includes nudity and scenes of a sexual nature.

This project is supported by the Malta Arts Fund Project Strand.

Collapse will be performed at St James Cavalier Theatre, Valletta, today and tomorrow and from March 2 to 4 at 8pm. It is supported by the Malta Arts Fund. For tickets, visit www.kreattivita.org.
