The prop tech company Zanzi Homes, sister company of Quicklets, which both form part of the QLZH Group, has rewarded two of its top performing talents with shareholding in its mother company.

Konrad Abela, co-owner of the Quicklets and Zanzi Homes top-performing sales branch, joined the Quicklets team from its start and was entrusted to launch the sales department within the group.

Mr Abela, who has over 15 years’ experience within the real estate industry, immediately started building a team of sales specialists. The first team member to join the sales force was 23-year-old Matthew Navarro, who took on a professional approach to the business and focused on achieving the team’s goals.

We have big plans for the next five to 10 years

Both Mr Abela and Mr Navarro managed to exceed company expectations and are duly being rewarded with a shareholding within Zanzi Homes for their outstanding performance.    The vision of the QLZH brands has always been to reward their team for adapting to company culture and growing the brand. The Zanzi brand has developed into a fully-fledged franchise brand offering a state-of-the-art plug and play online software system. Co-founder and CEO Steve Mercieca said: “This system immediately gives the user access to multiple in-house training videos, training manuals, procedures, policies and a modern, large database of updated properties and clients which come in organically through our vast specialist network and Virtual Agent concept, which was introduced to the market in 2014. Our franchise model provides the necessary tools to set up a real estate franchise from the start or even to add value to an existing set-up. Bringing in Konrad and Matthew as shareholders gives us the skills, strength and ability to continue to grow our brands both locally and eventually on an international level.”

Zanzi Homes has only been around for two-and-a-half years. Mr Mercieca added: “We have big plans for the next five to 10 years. The property market both locally and overseas is an extremely exciting place to be working in at the moment. The revenue and flexibility also give us the opportunity to fulfil our purpose and focus on making the world a better place. This year we started off by launching our QLZH foundation, which is the arm that will be handling our sustainable projects both locally and internationally.
