A candlelight vigil for Daphne Caruana Galizia will be held on Friday at 6.30pm in front of the law courts in Valletta.

The vigil forms part of a series of civil society events demanding justice for Ms Caruana Galizia who was brutally murdered in a car bomb on October 16.

Civil society said it will keep up its activism in the pursuit of justice and good governance in a country plagued by corruption and impunity.

The event is being organised by Civil Society Network, Occupy Justice, Kenniesa and l-Awturi and will be addressed by Vanessa Farrugia, Kevin Wain (Civil Society Network), Louiselle Vassallo (Occupy Justice), Rachel Pace (Kenniesa) and Alex Hili (l-Awturi).
