Alter Domus, a fully integrated provider of fund and corporate services dedicated to international private equity and infrastructure houses, real estate firms, multi-nationals, private clients and private debt managers, announced that Steve Xuereb has been promoted to senior manager.

Mr Xuereb, who joined Alter Domus in 2016, is responsible for helping clients build and manage their international business via Maltese corporate structures. He is also the chairman of the Alter Domus Malta Tax Committee and the designated liquidator of Alter Domus Malta.

Before joining Alter Domus, he worked for five years as a corporate accountant with Citco. Prior to this, he worked with a local corporate services provider, where he managed corporate structures and trusts for international client portfolios. Throughout his career, Mr Xuereb has worked on a diverse client portfolio expanding his knowledge and experience in various industries.

Mr Xuereb obtained his warrant as a Certified Public Accountant in 2011 and after successfully completing his ACCA studies, he obtained a diploma in indirect taxation together with another diploma in taxation. He is a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Malta Institute of Management, the Malta Institute of Taxation and the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
