More than 80 employees, from Toly’s nine international sales offices attended the 2018 Toly sales conference, held between January 22-25 at Radisson Blu, St Julian’s.

Held annually at the beginning of the year, the Toly sales conference brings together the company’s sales offices to network, discuss and analyse sales trends for the previous and upcoming year.

At this year’s conference, themed ‘One step beyond’, each international sales office delivered presentations highlighting their achievements from 2017 and discussed their plans for 2018.

A number of satellite meetings were also held during which attendees discussed specific issues and solutions relating to market location.

In his opening address, Toly CEO Andy Gatesy said: “Toly’s core values – people, passion, pride and creativity – together with continuous growth and innovation have resulted in the company being awarded the Large Business Award and declared the Overall Winner at the Malta International Business Awards held last November.

“Toly strives to become the leader in beauty packaging in a world and market that are constantly changing and becoming more challenging. With a new factory recently opened in Korea, and a new factory being built in Malta, Toly will take on these new challenges and go one step beyond.”
