Good morning, the following are the top stories in Malta's newspaper front pages.

Times of Malta reports that a Dutch professor with close links to the cash-for-passports scheme concessionaire has been serving concurrently as a government consultant on the programme, but Identity Malta is insisting there is no conflict of interest.

The Malta Independent says discussion in parliament on reducing the voting age to 16 and bringing down the age of candidacy to the same level were separated to avoid stalling, but prime minister Joseph Muscat said yesterday the country was on a natural path from which there was no turning back. 

l-orizzont leads with a commitment by the prime minister yesterday to continue to raise pensions.
