Famalco Group, a widely diversified Malta based organisation, has kicked off its ‘Growth Plan 2024’ campaign. Through its ‘FamalcoCareers’ brand, the group has also embarked on a recruitment process to complement and sustain its present workforce currently standing at 230 employees.

Handling a vast portfolio of both international and homegrown brands, the group is involved in 10 different industries, both in Malta and beyond local shores.

The group is entrusted with prestigious brands like Domino’s, Harley-Davidson, Gilbarco, KTM and others. Simultaneously with its 2018-2024 business growth plan, the group has launched its national recruitment campaign, aimed at attracting talent interested in working within a group where ideas can be made possible.

The campaign will include national advertising across digital social media, TV and printed media, while also planning to go in into Mcast and the University of Malta. All this is geared at spreading awareness of the group’s ‘We empower you to grow’ tagline.

The recruitment campaign aims to attract ambitious individuals from diverse backgrounds interested in entering an organisation that allows them to bring their skills, and with great attitude, become an integral part of Famalco Group.

This year the company is announcing over 40 openings to cater for its growth in its various business units. The group estimates that it will continue to expand, seeing its current headcount double if not triple over the coming years.
