Sunday morning’s speech by Nationalist Party leader Adrian Delia deserves thought and attention. However, I think that such an important address should have been made to attract a wider audience. Radio 101 has a limited audience and such a speech deserves to be delivered at a mass meeting, as the unforgettable Eddie Fenech Adami used to do.

I plead with the present PN leadership to consider calling a mass meeting at this important stage of Malta’s dangerous position vis-à-vis our reputation worldwide.

A mass meeting might be expensive to organise but I am sure it could be an urgent call to all those who want Malta to rise from the present pitiful state. Call a mass meeting for heaven’s sake and repeat the call for Malta to consider the dangerous state it is in.

The government flaunts its majority inside Parliament. We have to bypass this majority by having people in squares.
