Good morning, the following are the top stories in Malta's Sunday newspapers. 

The Sunday Times of Malta reports that the price being offered for development of public land at White Rocks is being kept secret, but it appears to be much lower than the estimated market value of at least €350 million.

The Sunday Times also reports that PN MEP David Casa has raised the prospect of a new magisterial inquiry into evidence that Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri may have taken kickbacks off the Enemalta privatisation deal.

MaltaToday says UK experts are probing allegations of a $400,000 Pilatus Bank transfer to a friend of Michelle Muscat in the US. The probe was requested by Magistrate Aaron Bugeja as part of his inquiry into claims against the prime minister's wife. MaltaToday also reports that the government has given Vitals sole discretion to hold on to St Luke's Hospital for 99 years. 

The Malta Independent on Sunday quotes former police commissioner John Rizzo saying people with a criminal history should never be inducted in the force, let alone reinstated. 

Illum reports that the former CEO of a Russian bank that is under investigation has become Maltese.

It-Torċa quotes Education Minister Evarist Bartolo saying that teachers' working conditions have never improved so much, so quickly. The newspaper also quotes Mario Bonnici, president of the MUT, saying his union is here to stay. The union had been under strong criticism over the collective agreement reached with the government. 

Il-Mument says Labour MEPs have been out to discredit Ana Gomes, a member of their own socialist group, after her comments on corruption in Malta. It also says the Health Ministry does not have funds for contractors,
