BILOCCA. On January 17, at St Vincent de Paul Residence, ODELIA, aged 89, passed away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister Olanda, her sister-in-law Lucia and other in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves St Vincent de Paul Residence on Saturday, January 20, at 9.30am for the Holy Cross Capuchin church, Floriana, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 10am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. CAMILLERI. On Wednesday, January 17, at home in Salina, MICHAEL, aged 81, passed away suddenly. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Simone nèe Camilleri, his son Nick and his wife Claire, his step-son Christian and his wife Lida, his grandchildren Michael and Sophie, his brothers Walter and his wife Pat, George and his wife Veronica, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral Mass will be held tomorrow, Friday, January 19, at 2pm at St Julian’s parish church, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. CEFAI. On January 16, CARMEN of Sliema, aged 88, passed away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her last remaining and beloved brother Paul and his wife Mabel, her in-laws Isabelle, Helen and Marlene, as well as her numerous nephews and nieces and their respective children, as well as her many relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Thursday, January 18, at 1.30pm for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. FELICE. At his residence in Valletta, ROBERT, aged 96, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his sons Anthony and George and their spouses Hilary and Maria-Iris, his grandchildren Louisa, Roberta, Helena, Maria, Katrina and Hanna and their respective partners, his great-grandchildren Edward and Jimmy, his sister Ann, his exceptional and devoted carers Theresa, Rowena and Joe. Mass præsente cadavere will be said on Saturday, January 20 at 8am at St Paul Shipwrecked parish church, Valletta, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. GOUDER. On January 16, at Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre, STELLA, of Sliema, aged 78, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Joseph, her son Simon and his wife Doreen, her daughter Joanna and her husband Sandro, her grandchildren Darryl, Valentina and Andrea, her brothers and sisters, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 20 at 9.30am at the Santa Maria Addolorata chapel, followed by interment. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

LAPIRA. On January 16, at Mater Dei Hospital, ROBERT, aged 62, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Marlene and brother Arthur, his cousins, their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral will be held today, Thursday, January 18, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church (tal-Ġebla), Gżira, at 2pm. Donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza will be appreciated.

GATT – ANNA, née Briffa. Loving and unfading memories on the 18th anniversary of her passing, only some three months after her mother Lilian’s tragic death. Vivian and their sons Mark and Bobby, her brother Edward, her sister Joanna and their respective families.
