The latest twists in the stand-off between Air Malta and the pilots' association was the main story on the Times of Malta on Monday, with the PN's nomination of John Rizzo to the Commission against Corruption as the second story.

The Malta Independent focuses on parliament reconvening, with the paper highlighting the Vitals concession transfer, a debate about medicinal marijuana and a domestic violence bill as being key items to look out for.

L-Orizzont focuses on former Pilatus Bank employee Maria Efimova, with its front page saying 'The 'whistleblower' had no documents'. Blogger and former PN aide Manuel Delia, the paper writes, is trying to breathe new life into Ms Efimova's claims.

In-Nazzjon focuses on the PN's stand against the Vitals agreement on the operation of the hospitals, with the nomination of the former Police Commissioner also on its front page.
