Denim, the versatile closet must-have

On March 8, Lidl and Heidi Klum will be launching the third ‘Esmara by Heidi Klum’ collection, #Letsdenim, for the first time also inclusing a children’s range

After the launch of two successful fashion collections in 2017, Lidl and Heidi Klum will turn their focus to delivering stylish classics for women and children.

After using New York as the inspiration behind her first collection, Klum turned to sunny Los Angeles, her ‘second home’, to guide her vision for her forthcoming Lidl denim line. The #Letsdenim range showcases true Southern Californian style with modern denim cuts from Malibu, bright colours from Venice and elegant basics from Hollywood.

“I’ve always been a big fan of denim. You can combine it with almost anything: sometimes it is casual, sometimes it is chic. The #Letsdenim collection reflects this versatility and can be tailored to anyone’s personal style, and for any occasion,” Klum said.

Denim trends have cycled in and out through the decades, with many pieces now being considered wardrobe must-haves by top fashion influencers everywhere. Klum’s goal behind the range is to bring an array of affordable and fun denim staples to fashionistas around the globe.

To truly position Lidl as a fashion destination, Klum has also designed sweaters and t-shirts in bright colours to complement the denim. The children’s collection, which features dungarees, shorts and sneakers, also includes similar stylish elements. The range truly reflects Klum’s zest for life and Lidl’s fun in fashion.

The #LETSDENIM collection will be available at all Lidl Malta stores on March 8, as part of the company’s ‘Fashion Week’.

The range will include women’s clothing, as well as accessories and shoes and, for the first time, also a children’s collection that will be available in sizes for six- to 14-year-olds. The collection will be offered in over 10,000 Lidl stores across 27 European countries and the US.
