He leaves to mourn his sad loss his sister Maria and her husband Walter Bonnici, his brothers Joseph and his wife Rita, Charles and his wife Annabelle, and Lawrence and his wife Anna-Maria, his beloved nephews and nieces, Kathryn, Elaine and her husband Sven Melander, David and his wife Stephanie, Maria, Kevin, Chiara and her husband Clint Tanti, Julian, Michelle and Alison, Mattias, Alfred, Giulia, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday, January 5, at 2.15pm for the chapel of Id-Dar tal-Providenza where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment at Siġġiewi cemetery. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Thursday, January 4 at 2.30pm for Dingli parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Dingli cemetery. BUHAGIAR. On January 1, ANTHONY, of Attard, aged 69, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his beloved wife Mary Dorothy née Abela, his children Julian and his wife Rita residing in London, Gordon residing in Brussels and Andria and her partner Johan, his grandson Sebastian Rafael, his brothers and sisters, in-laws, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. FELICE. On January 1, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARGARET, of Cospicua residing in Żabbar, aged 74, passed away peacefully. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Joseph, her daughters Isabel and husband Neville, Bridget and her partner Antoine, her sons Mark and Ralph, her grandchildren Shaun, Peter, Ann, Michael, Andy and James, relatives and friends. Master’s Degree

Roberta Schembri completed a Master’s Degree in Gerontology and Geriatrics with the University of Malta. Her research focused on residential respite care.This research was funded by Endeavour Scholarship Scheme.

Meeting of reflection

The Fraternity of Blessed Charles de Foucauld is holding a meeting of reflection about the Incarnation of Our Lord – “Emanuel: God With Us” – on Sunday, between 9.30am and 1pm.

The programme, at Ċentru Kristu Ragħaj, The Seminary at tal-Virtu, includes silent adoration, coffee break, a talk by Prof. Fr Hector Scerri and Mass.
