Good morning. These are the leading stories in this week's Sunday newspapers.

The Sunday Times of Malta reports that PN councillor and former AD chairman Michael Briguglio has blamed PD's Marlene Farrugia for his party's decision to dissolve the Forza Nazzjonali coalition.

In another story, the paper reports that taxpayers are paying an additional €11.5 million to bankroll salaries for Enemalta employees moved off the entity's books.

The Malta Independent on Sunday also reports on the PN-PD split, with PN general secretary Clyde Puli accusing the minor party of showing the PN "no loyalty".

The newspaper also highlights a story saying that the PN declined to provide specifics about large donations - one of €141,000 and the other of €56,000 - presented at a fundraising marathon.

Malta Today writes that one of the Daphne Caruana Galizia murder suspects, George Degiorgio, was an associate of a man blown up in a car bomb in 2016.

It-Torċa writes that Enemalta has received a record 9 per cent request for new services, and also quotes EU funds junior minister Aaron Farrugia as saying it is a critical time for the future of such funds.

Il-Mument leads by saying Joseph Muscat faces two damning reports in the near future - an FIAU one in MEP David Casa's hands, and another concerning the rule of law which is being drafted by a group of MEPs.

Illum quotes MEP Ana Gomes as saying the former Pilatus employee who met with them last week "gave us no documents", contrary to reports of that effect.

Kullħadd writes that former PN leader Simon Busuttil was conspicuous by his absence at a PN parliamentary group meeting in which the party opted to dissolve the Forza Nazzjonali coalition he had formed. Former deputy leader Mario de Marco voted against the motion, the paper says.
