BORG. On December 1, at Casa Antonia Home, Balzan, VICTOR, of Sliema, aged 95, passed peacefully away. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Carmen and her husband Emanuel Peresso, Anna and her husband Martin Castillo, Mario and his wife Susan Borg, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Casa Antonia tomorrow, Monday, December 4 at 1.30pm for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Mosta cemetery. ELLUL. In loving memory of Dr Ing. CONNIE ELLUL, combustion engineer, who passed away on November 25, 2017, at the Royal Derby Hospital, aged 39. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved parents Carmel and Carmen, her brother Mario and his wife Antonella, her sister Elizabeth and partner Joseph, her brother David, her nephew Andrea and niece Laura Maria, relatives and friends locally and abroad. Mass will be celebrated tomorrow, Monday, December 4 at 8.30am at St Mary’s parish church (Rotunda), Mosta.
GATT. On December 1, ANNA, aged 65, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church, following a long illness borne with great fortitude. Deeply mourned by her beloved husband Peter and adored children Mark and Alexia, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves St James Capua Hospital tomorrow, Monday, December 4 at 9.15am for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 9.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. SAVONA. On November 27, VINCENT, suddenly passed away and left us. To mourn his loss, he leaves his much loved wife Valerie, his son Paul and wife Jeanette, his daughters Desiree and Gillian, and her husband Martin, and his grandchildren Vincent, Alexandra, Emma, Michael and his wife Joanna and Raphael, his brother Joe, his sisters Marlene, Sr Anne, Sister of St Joseph of the Apparation, and Claire, his nieces and nephew. A unique and beautiful soul who will be deeply missed by his family and friends alike. Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 5 at 9.30am at Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Salesian Fathers, of Sliema, will be appreciated. Vincent will be welcomed into heaven by his loving parents, Joseph and Elizabeth, who are smiling proudly, waiting for him with open arms.
VELLA. On December 2, at her home in Paola, KATHY, aged 80, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Emmanuel, her sons Raymond and his wife Yvonne, Paul and his wife Lorna, Vince and his wife Rimma, Joseph and his wife Sandra, grandchildren, their spouses and fiancés, great-grandchild, her siblings and in-laws, many relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow Monday, December 4 at 9.30am for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated at 10am, followed by interment in the family grave at Gudja cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
