The Child Protection Act is to be revisited, according to the front page of today's Times of Malta, which also reports on Malta's rate of HIV cases cases being double that of the EU.

MP Stephen Spiteri is insisting that it is not too late to launch an inquiry into Legionella at Mount Carmel Hospital, according to The Malta Independent, which also carries a story about the proposed IVF law, saying that subsidiary legislation cannot run counter to the primary law it forms part of.

L-Orizzont says that five prisoners lost their parole, with another story noting how well Malta had fared in the recent health survey. It also notes that MP Jason Azzopardi was coincidentally on the same plane as Jonathan Ferris, the man at the centre of the FIAU allegations.
