The Indian Summer of Circo Zoe
The Indian Summer of Circo Zoe features the technical and artistic expertise of a deejay, a violinist, a light design manager and eight circus performers, allowing for a blend of an enticing improvisation work.
Those in attendance will witness a unique contemporary circus experience.
Performances: today at 7pm at the Catholic Institute, Floriana. (Suitable for all ages. Duration: 60 minutes. Form: circus. Language: non-verbal).
Of Fairy Tales and You
This workshop encourages children to become storytellers. Each person holds the potential to tell meaningful stories but often it remains hidden and is eventually lost.
Discovering this power and harnessing the effect it can have on our families, school communities, localities and beyond influences the way we connect with others. Children may discover that they are worthy, that what they have to say matters.
Working through a series of folk tales, fairy tales and storytelling exercises, they are encouraged to choose stories they relate to and prepare to tell them in various social contexts.
Workshop times: today at 5pm and tomorrow at 10am at Castille Vaults, Valletta. (Suitable for children aged 11+. Duration: 60 minutes. Form: storytelling).
