Four cars including a Mercedes Benz, 60 office chairs and more than 10,000 bottles of alcohol are among a list of items Customs will be selling in the near future. 

The 103 lots of seized items will be available for viewing as of tomorrow morning until Friday 24 November. 

Items include: 

  • 6,143 bottles of vodka  
  • 3,789 bottles of whiskey
  • 1,113 bottles of wine 
  • 33,841 pairs of shoes
  •  110 pallets of ceramic wall tiles
  • 10 large supermarket trolleys
  • 279 plastic coolers
  • 39 tyres 
  • 40 sinks and toilets 
  • 5,000 CD covers 
  • A large dinghy 

To view the items, visit Newport Bonded Stores in Marsa between 8am and 12.30pm or 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Items will be sold to the highest bidders.
