There were 101 cases of vandalism reported in St Paul’s Bay between the beginning of January and the end of September, according to Home Affairs Minister Michael Farrugia.

Nationalist MP Beppe Fenech Adami asked him in a Parliamentary Question how many cases of damage to private property had been reported in Marsa, Ħamrun, St Paul’s Bay and Birżebbuġa.

Dr Farrugia noted that records did not distinguish between vandalism on private property and public property. The totals for the other localities were 18 in Birżebbuġa, 23 in Ħamrun and 21 in Marsa.
