She leaves to mourn her sad loss her children Johanna and her husband Alex Sceberras Trigona, Joseph E., Maria and her husband Leif Karlsson, her beloved grandchildren Alexia and her husband Steve Zammit Briffa, Angela, Francesca and Michela, her brother Richard and his wife Maria, her in-laws, cousins, other relatives and friends. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter Moyra, wife of Alfred Degiorgio Aquilina, her son Brian, her brothers and sisters Molly, Yvonne Marich, Laurie and his wife Anna, Babs Cutugno, Edgar and his wife Nanette, Risette, her sister-in-law Gladys and brother-in-law Ronnie, her many nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei tomorrow, Wednesday, October 11, at 1.30pm for Jesus of Nazareth Church, The Strand, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Helen née Spiteri, his children Rebecca, Andrea and Abigail, his mother Rita, his brothers Raymond and his wife Helen, Donio and his wife Lina and his sister Maria and her husband Peter Kirschner, his parents-in-law George and Tessie Spiteri, his wife’s brothers Mario, Salvu and Joe and their spouses, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Wednesday, October 11, at 3pm for Our Saviour parish church, Lija, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm followed by interment in the family grave at Lija Cemetery. FARRUGIA. October 8, at Mater Dei Hospital, FRANCESCA, née Muscat, aged 90, surrounded by her family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her four children, Catherine and her husband David, Charlie widow of Mary Farrugia, Philip and his wife Madliene, Doris and her husband Eric, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Thursday October 12 at 2.45pm for Mosta parish church where mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm followed by interment in the family grave at the Mosta cemetery. She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her husband Charles Sacco and their two daughters Marika (Associate Tutor, University of Sheffield) and her husband, Consultant Surgeon Marcel Gatt and granddaughter Klara; and Daniela (head, St Aloysius Primary) and her husband Robert Camilleri (manager, HSBC) and granddaughter Maya, as well as her brother James and his wife Lily, Isabella and her husband Jimmy Vella, Carmen (widow of Richard), Lourdes (widow of George) and Victor Zammit and John Spiteri, widower of Mary Rose, in-laws Denise, Ninette, Leonard, Paul and Frank (residing in Australia), their respective spouses, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends, including the numerous listeners of her programmes. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Tuesday, October 10, at 2.45pm for the Rotunda parish church, Mosta, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm followed by interment in the family vault at Mosta cemetery. PETRONI. On October 7, at Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre, LOLA née Cini of Sliema, aged 83, passed away peacefully surrounded  by her family and comforted by the rites of Holy church. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved daughter Mariosa, son Josef and his partner Anita Portelli, her only granddaughter Kyra, her daughter-in-law Michelle née Jamieson, her brothers and sisters, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Wednesday, October 11, at 8.45am for Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9.30am followed by interment in the family grave at the Addolorata cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta Balzan, will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the consultants, doctors, nurses, carers and other staff of the Haematology Ward, Ward 1 and Day Ward within Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre.

XUEREB. On Saturday, October 7, ERMINIA, née Camilleri, aged 97, widow of Manu and predeceased by her youngest son Anton, at Pax et Bonum, Mosta. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Dennis and Mary-Rose and their respective families, her sister Bice and her brother-in-law Lino Camilleri, widower of her sister Rose, nieces and nephews. Funeral tomorrow Wednesday, October 11. Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 3pm at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel followed by interment in the family grave.
