A 60-year-old man from Fgura was grievously injured in an occupational accident this afternoon.

The police said the accident happened at 4.15pm at a factory at the Bulebel industrial zone in Żejtun.

The man injured his hand with a machine while working. He was take to hospital by ambulance.
