L-Għaqda Filantropika Talent Mosti is hosting an art exhibition by Ramon Vella Bamber at the Razzett tal-Markiż Mallia Tabone in Mosta.

Vella Bamber is a landscape artist but also enjoys still life and figurative art.

He uses the impasto and palette knife style in oils and acrylics but also loves experimenting in other media such as soft pastels and charcoal.

Vella Bamber enjoys the outdoors, finding inspiration in the beauty of the sea and scenery around him. He is particularly partial to the impressionist period, especially Van Gogh and Monet.

The artist has taken part in several exhibitions including FestArti in 2015 and 2016 at the Razzett tal-Markiż Mallia Tabone and at the Malta Society of Arts, Palazzo De La Salle, Valletta, during Notte Bianca 2016, and in Syracuse, Sicily.  He also exhibited in Gozo during this year’s Victoria International Arts Festival and in Palermo, Sicily.

The exhibition runs until October 7. Visiting hours: Monday to Saturday from 6 to 8pm; Sundays from 10am until noon and 6 to 8pm.
