ATTARD MONTALTO. On September 18, JOSEPHINE, née Cachia, aged 94, widow of Anthony, passed peacefully away. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Anthony, Marcelline, Christine, Jacqueline and Stephen, spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters, in-laws, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, September 25 for Our Lady of Fatima parish church, Guardamangia, where Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated at 9.30am followed by interment at Santa Maria Adolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest. The family thank the staff at the Holy Family Home, Naxxar, for their care and dedication.
BONNICI. On September 22, at Mater Dei Hospital, KATRIN, aged 82, of Żebbuġ, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Nazzareno, her children Rosario and his wife Mary Rose, Phyllis and her husband Tony, Daniel and his wife Joan, John and his wife Mary, Jane and her husband Manuel, Marthese and her husband Lawrence, Carmen and her husband Raymond, Noel and his wife Carmen, Joe and his wife Caroline, Diana and her husband John, Jackline and her husband Tonio, Sonya and her husband Simon, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her siblings Maria, Karmnu, Lonza, Nina, Lela and Serafin. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Tuesday, September 26 at 3pm for St Philip’s parish church, Żebbug, where Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated at 3.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Sacred Heart cemetery, Żebbuġ. No flowers by request but dontions to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, would be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors at home. Lord grant her eternal rest.
CREMONA. On September 11, Fr EMIDIO CREMONA, aged 94, passed peacefully away in Toronto, Canada. He will be missed by his family in Malta, Canada, UK, USA and Australia. A Mass for his repose will be celebrated tomorrow, Monday, September 25 at 7.15pm at Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church, Gżira. The attendance of relatives and friends will be much appreciated. May he rest in peace.
D’AMATO. On September 20, at Mater Dei Hospital, REMY JULIEN, aged 31, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his wife Yana, his five-month-old son Benjamin, his parents Remy and Joyce, his parents-in-law John and Eunice, his sister-in-law Emma and her fiancé Jeanpierre, uncles and aunties and their families, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, September 25 at 2pm for St Publius parish church, Floriana, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Puttinu Cares will be appreciated. May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
