A band club situated in central Attard, surrounded on all sides by private residences, was recently apparently given a permit by the local council and/or police to host a live band claimed to be a fund-raising activity on behalf of the Hospice Movement.

So the claimed good cause has to subject neighbours of the band club to highly amplified music for several hours. What sort of logic and civilisation is this? Are some local councils, police and the people running Hospice losing their marbles?
