Friday, September 8 was a joyful day for Maltese altar boys who returned home on an Air Malta flight from Rome after serving Holy Masses at St Peter’s Basilica for three weeks. They prepared their luggage the day before and in the afternoon they enjoyed one hour at Villa Borghese on go-carts and bicycles.
Their joy reached its climax when the plane touched the ground; the boys broke into applause and soon after they embraced their parents, brothers and sisters.
This beautiful welcome contrasted with an article published in the Air Malta in-flight magazine Il-Bizzilla under the headline ‘Rights’. The author made no mention of marriage according to natural law: the union of man and woman consecrated in the sacrament of marriage.
Instead of promoting equality the author offered the monopoly of LGBT to attract people to fly Air Malta.
