Hard Rock Cafe Malta launched a number of new burgers which will become part of its menu. Together with the already established dishes, these new additions include the Atomic Burger, Java Lava Burger and Guinness Bacon Cheeseburger.

The first two burgers, with an all-American look, are the hottest burgers in town, literally. The Atomic Burger is served with spicy fried onions, pepperjack cheese, arugula, vine-ripened tomato, sriracha mayo and fried jalapeños.

The Java Lava is awakened with an espresso rub and house made lava sauce. It includes crunchy java onions, Cheddar cheese, smoked bacon and garnished with a fried jalapeño.

For something less spicy but equally awesome, Hard Rock Cafe Malta now has the Guinness Bacon Cheeseburger. Topped with Jameson bacon jam and Guinness cheese sauce, it is served with crisp lettuce and a vine-ripened tomato.

For vegetarians, there’s the Cauliflower Burger’s patty, made out of cauliflower, garlic, egg, goat cheese, oregano and breadcrumbs, topped with grilled zucchini, squash and Monterey Jack cheese, with arugula, tomato and garlic aioli.
