FC Chiasso had to wait until the extra-time to qualify from the first round of the Switzerland Cup, courtesy of Jean Paul Farrugia's goal in extra-time.

The former Hibernians and Sliema Wanderers striker registered his second goal with his new club with a trademark header, claiming a last 16 berth for his side.

Last week, he was decisive as he scored his first goal with Chiasso in their 1-0 victory over Rapperswil-Jona.
