The towns of Sliema and Valletta make it to today's front page of the Times of Malta.

In Sliema, a gang of thieves have disappeared after the Attorney General granted them bail, while Valletta makes the news because of concerns about the noise impact the Suq tal-Belt might have on residents' quality of life once it opens.

The Malta Independent highlights the suspended jail term given to a priest convicted of sexual assault, but its main story is about the high number of complaints about bus stops.

L-Orizzont quotes parliamentary secretary Deo Debattista saying that Valletta must update its waste collection practices to keep up with its ever-growing population and commercial activity.

In-Nazzjon leads with a story about a mother whose husband, currently behind bars, was allegedly beaten by a group of prisoners some days ago. The mother talks to the paper about how she lives for her infant daughter.
