Caught between hostile government troops and a rebel army that intimidates as much as it protects, things aren't looking good for the Nuer people of South Sudan. NGOs have been attacked, causing them to flee the region. Those that suffer the most are the destitute and the desperate, who so needed the aid that has just been pushed out.
