Triq Cinemoon Festival is returning with the theme ‘borrowed time’, which involves an uncertain, usually limited period of time extending beyond or postponing the occurrence of something inevitable.

The public can vote for the film they would like to watch tonight. The choice is between the Canadian comedy The Barbarian Invasions (2003) by Denys Arcand, the Spanish film Truman (2015) by Cesc Gay and the Belgian fantasy The Brand New Testament (2015) by Jaco Van Dormael.

The event organisers are today collaborating with Kenya Fundraiser 2017, to help raise money for school shoes, medical equipment and educational support for vulnerable children in Nakuru, Kenya.

The film that gets the most votes will be screened tonight at 8.30pm in front of Café Society, St John Street, Valletta. It will be announced at around midday on the Triq Cinemoon Festival Facebook page. Admission to the screening is free.
