ATTARD. On August 3, ANNA, nèe Lapira, aged 60, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Andrew, her children Anthony and Nicola and her husband Daniel, her beloved grandchild Timothy, her brother Mario Lapira and Rita, her close family, in-laws, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, August 5, at 8.15am for St Gregory’s parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 8.45am followed by interment at Santa Marija Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Movement will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest. The family would like to thank her numerous friends and family who were always there when she needed them.

CAMILLERI. On August 2, at her residence in Rabat, ROSE (Rose tat-typing), widow of Kristinu, aged 83, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Raymond and his wife Sina, Mary Lourdes and her husband John Giles, Rita and her partner Ray Dimech, Twanny and his wife Rita and Joseph and his wife Marthese, her grandchildren, their spouses and fiancés, her great-granddaughter, her sister Pauline and her husband Pio Scerri, her sisters-in-law Sr Olivia Camilleri of the Sisters of Charity, Mary and her husband Paul Galea and Ċettina, widow of Toninu, Violet, widow of Romeo, Żarena, widow of Manwel, her cousins Pawlu, Teresa, Twanny and his wife Jane and Carmen and her husband Joe Bonello, other relatives and friends at the day centre. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, August 5, at 8am for St Paul’s parish church, Rabat, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Margherita Cemetery, Rabat. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, and Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

GAUCI. On August 2, ALFRED, of St Paul’s Bay, aged 70, passed away suddenly comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his family, brothers and sister and their spouses, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, August 5 at 1.30pm for Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

In Memoriam

CILIA – CETTINA, née Buttigieg, 4.8.2001. Dearest Tina, after 16 years your presence lives and lingers on as though you have never gone as sisters carry each other in their hearts forever. I miss you so much but cling to precious memories, recalling pleasant happenings of gone years and try to forget the tearful times. I always thank God for having given me such a wonderful sister ever though for a short time. I love you, your twin sister Antoinette.

CILIA – CETTINA, 4.8.2001. A dear godchild and cousin lovingly remembered by cousins Mifsud Bonnici. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

ELLUL – Dr JOSEPH ELLUL, MD, of Marsascala. In loving memory of a beloved father and grandfather, today the fifth anniversary of his demise. Never forgotten and deeply missed by his children Anne Marie, Jonathan and his wife Anjelica, his grandchildren Sean, Petra, Erica and Amy. Papa, deep in our hearts you will alway stay, loved and missed every single day.

MUSCAT DRAGO – LUCY. In loving memory of a beloved aunt, today the first anniversary of her passing away. Sadly missed by her niece Moyra and her husband Bert. To live in the hearts of those we leave behind, is not to die. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

PACE MOORE – JOSEPH. In loving memory of a dear father and grandfather on the 11th anniversary of his demise. Fondly remembered by his daughter Anna, son-in-law John and grandson Peter Paul.

PSAILA – JENNIE. On the eighth anniversary of her tragic death, August 4, 2009. Fondly remembered by Pippo, Neil, Simon, the Swain and Psaila families and her many friends.

ZAMMIT – LELO, August 1979. A caring gentleman and father loved and revered. Sorely missed. Moira, Rudolf and their families.
