With the new Kappara flyover soon to be fully functional, let’s hope that, for once, we’ll have decent signposts, legible from a fair distance and not suddenly appearing at the entrance or exit of slip roads like the Mater Dei Hospital and University sign posts on the Birkirkara bypass, which are a few feet off the ground.
